Sorry, that's all I've got today - and all I have time for too.
Taking fantastic treats for lunch for my girlfriends for our special lunch today.
No, we aren't celebrating Groundhog Day, just celebrating Thursday and friendship.
But it would be kind of fun to celebrate GD, wouldn't it? What would we do in D/s world?
Hmmm....
Today is also St. Brigid's Day, or for us pagans, Imbolc.
ReplyDeleteThis celebrates the days when sheep begin lactating, the mid-point of winter, the back-is-broken point...
of course for many of us this winter has yet to arrive. One big storm in October, 15 inches of wet snow that did a lot of damage, and only 5 inches TOTAL for the rest of the winter. STrange. (but good)
Happy Groundhogs day, Blessed Imbolc...may your winter truly be "broken"...and warm days blow through sooner, rather than later...
nilla
Happy Groundhog's Day back to you!
ReplyDeleteI understand we're expecting 6 more weeks of winter, but since our "winter" weather has been in the 50's and 60's, i can live with that.
