Ah Football...

I know... shocking to some of you, but absolutely true. In fact, I don't even know who is playing. Okay really I don't usually know there's a game on.

Just sayin...

And yeah, I'm working on questions we'd want to ask Dominants. Do you have a Dom you have questions for? What questions would you want to ask? Would he answer?

  1. Ah Football . . . I really like football but don't get to watch nearly enough anymore. The Denver Broncos will be playing the Seattle Seahawks in the Super Bowl. I'm rooting for Denver. Peyton Manning fan here. :)

That's a good question for a Dom. Who is the best quarterback of all time? Probably not the kind of question you were looking for. Hee.

    1. I suppose it serves me right to try to mess with football Ticklish. Big Bad says it's a tie between Johnny Unitas and Peyton Manning.

  2. Hmm. I have no interest in football at all. The only thing I know about the superbowl is that it will be at the meadowlands (i think that it has a new name now) this year. If the temperature stays like this, there are going to be a lot of COLD fans and players. ,

    1. Not this weekend, next weekend. There's a week off in between the rest of the playoffs and the Super Bowl.

    3. No, Mick and sin, I don't want to reconsider My choices but I will certainly agree that Joe Montana is in my Top 5. I will go with 1) Peyton Manning 2) Johnny Unitas 3) Joe Montana 4) Dan Marino and 5) ok ok Nilla, Tom Brady. Gosh, there are so many more great ones too. It's hard to cut down to even 5 actually.

    Men at their MOST macho...
it takes on the air of a medieval joust, without mounts.

I love football so much that I'll go into a slight depression after 2/2 when there is no more until August...

    1. Yes, I've never understood why so many women don't enjoy sports. Watching men doing very physically and passionately what they do at a best in the world level, very enjoyable for me.

    2. I love sports ... hockey, soccer, figure skating, show jumping, motorcycle racing (makes me hot), skiing, diving, swimming ...

football ... 2 minutes of action, 15 minutes standing around with their thumbs up their asses, baseball .. one of the most boring things I have ever had to endure .. worst only next to golf .. I would rather watch paint dry! ... just sayin'

    3. hmmm , nilla, I guess I hadn't thought of it that way.

I'm really not a TV person though, so I just don't really watch. And outside football is cold and there's no explanation...

    5. I used to really enjoy baseball, before all the steroid scandals, but I can certainly understand why someone would consider it boring. I was always a fan of pitchers though, so . . . watching them throw each pitch could actually be rather thrilling, especially if it was one of my favorites, like Nolan Ryan, throwing a no-hitter. Yes, in my idea of the perfect baseball game, one team gets no hits at all. Hee!:)

  6. Geekie, I like baseball, but I do agree it's slow. But beer (and sometimes knitting if I'm watching on tv,) and friends make it very fun.
