Oh, how I hate stress eating and bad habits... I tend to stress eat, bored eat, depressed eat, and happy eat... always turning to food for everything... I also feel like I'm too old to still be doing those things... how do you so when your mind knows it's bad and your body wants it anyway... *sigh*
Some days are better than others, aren't they?
When you figure how to fix all your bad habits you will tell me, won't you? (shuffles off to exercise)

i'm convinced bad habits are part of our DNA. there's no way around them :) that's what i tell myself anyway.
